Replica prada wholesaleJean Banks-Sproul passed away May 23, 2010 at the Mountain Ridge Assisted Living Center in South Ogden, Utah, from Alzheimer's. She was the oldest daughter of Carl S. Barber and Eleanor van Natta, born on October 18, 1918 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She met and married Woodrow A. (Bud) Banks. Together they had four children. After all the children were in school she went to work at Newspaper Agency Corp., where she advanced to be a computer operator. After 34 years of service Jean retired in 1986. Jean held several leadership positions in BPW of Sugarhouse Fake Jacques Lemans Watches and also was honored as Woman of the Year for her many years of service. She also served as President of SLC Literary Club.
Jean loved to travel. She traveled to most of the continents throughout the world. After Bud's death in 1975, she later married Cleone Sproul in 1991 in St. George, Utah.
Survived by her children John (Gloria), Bonnie Maurer (Robert), Michael (Sandi), Garry (Shauna) Banks, and many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, also her half sister Jo Lowe.
Preceded in death by her parents and both husbands, Sister Faye Barber, grandson John Maurer, great-granddaughter Brooke Banks and great-grandson Darrin Smith.
The family would like to thank Mountain Ridge Assisted Living Center and Utah Hospice for their loving care for Jean.
Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
